JKTC takes the time to get to know you, and your organization's culture, needs, and goals, in order to design and deliver the most effective services. We use a variety of learning activities to help participants strengthen relationships, increase understanding, and take constructive action for positive change. Lead trainer Judy Kaye has been praised by program participants for her expertise, enthusiasm, and authenticity, as well as her ability to adapt her style and customize content for different audiences and industries.
We believe that everyone holds bias and stereotypes due to brain wiring, cultural conditioning, and personal experience. There are also historically ingrained inequities in our society and institutions based on race, sex, and other dimensions of diversity, which persist even in the absence of individual malice. Good intentions alone cannot eliminate them. If we acknowledge this reality without shame or blame, we can cultivate the awareness, knowledge and skills to counter them.
President and Lead Trainer, Judy Kaye, JD, has over 25 years' experience in the diversity field, working with clients in business, technology, health care, government, education, and the non-profit sector. Judy served as Diversity/EEO Coordinator for an academic hospital system, and advised the VP of Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion at a state university. Judy is a graduate of Harvard Law School and represented low income people for 10 years prior to founding JKTC.
